• Compliance Training and Communications Manager– 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As our Compliance Training and Communications Manager, you’ll join the Compliance Operations and Capability team and lead the planning, development and delivery of engaging compliance learning and communications across Australia and New Zealand.

Through online modules, face-to-face facilitation and creative awareness campaigns, you’ll help our people understand their responsibilities and strengthen our compliance culture.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Deliver the annual compliance training and communications plan across Australia and New Zealand.
• Review and update online learning modules to reflect regulatory, policy and business changes.
• Adapt Group training content to meet local regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Design and facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual compliance training.
• Create clear and compelling communications that build awareness of key compliance topics.
• Maintain accurate training records, monitor completion and support compliance reporting.

You are someone who brings a strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and sound judgement. You enjoy working collaboratively, are open to learning, and take pride in making a genuine difference in the moments that matter.

To be successful, you will have the following:

• At least three years’ experience coordinating and delivering learning solutions for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing online learning content, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
• A degree and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent training qualification.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex information into practical learning experiences.
• Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, planning and project coordination skills.
